Telesto - Vase XIII

Telesto shares its orbit around Saturn with Tethys. It takes around 45 hours to take its trip around Saturn. Telesto has a rather smooth surface, probably covered in ice.

This small vase is the thirteenth vase in the series 274 moons / 274 vases. Telesto was made entirely by hand with porcelain and then glazed with one of my special speckled glazes. The inside features a white matte glaze. 

Telesto is not perfectly round. 

The vase was coiled by hand and fired up to 1240C. 

The vase is functional and measures 9,5 cm in height and around 8,5 cm in diameter at its middle (largest) point. 

All the glazes are formulated and made by me.
